Hibba's Senior Citizen Day Center

Jerusalem has many elderly residents who are at risk of isolation, under-stimulation, and poor nutrition.

The Hibba Senior Citizen Day Center will be a place where senior citizens can come every day for fun, stimulating programs such as lectures, concerts and arts and crafts and a hot lunch.

Professionally trained social workers from the Jerusalem municipality will run the Day Center and ensure that all of its participants receive the appropriate care and find the Day Center a warm and welcoming place.

Hibba is looking forward to the collaboration between the Senior Citizen Day Center and the Open Space after-school program on joint events several times a year.
